Converting a lead into a sale, policy, or revenue depends on the client, including their sales ability, follow-up, product, and commercial terms, all of which are beyond the control of Motion Lab LLC.

This includes the processes, structures, workflows, automations, and the body of techniques that make up the system, whether or not formally registered. No use of our services transfers ownership of the brand, system, or methodology to the client.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, these materials are provided under a license to use and do not imply the transfer of the underlying intellectual property, methodologies, or reusable components of the system.

This restriction remains in effect even after the commercial relationship ends.
